Comida Corporation began in 1979 as the proud operator of Mi Amigo’s Mexican
Restaurant at the corner of Guadalupe and McClintock in Tempe Arizona. Noel and
Wendy Candland believed then and still do today, that nothing compares to food
made fresh on premises and to our guests satisfaction. Our customers report

Proudly serves Mexican food from several regions of Mexico. In addition to the
typical Sonoran fare of enchiladas, tacos and chimichangas, the Candlands
travel yearly to central and southern regions of Mexico in search of Poc Chuc
Carnitas, Poblano Chile Rellenos, and seafood from Vera Cruz. Please link to

Opened in Spring 2003 serving Italian and Italian-American favorites. Papi’z
Specializing in Pasta, Pizza, and Salads, we hope you will enjoy a special
plate of pasta from Chef DeCarl or you can create your own work of art. Papi’z
Amazing Italian is located at 6447 E. Southern Ave., Mesa, AZ. Come and enjoy
our friendly hospitality. Walk through our Italian street, browse through the
menu and then place your order with one of our friendly cashiers. Make sure you
